Your Personal Journey Begins with a Conversation
In this initial exchange, we’ll focus on understanding your goals – what do you want to achieve, what’s already working, and where are the challenges or limitations? We’ll clarify how intensively you’d like to train, how much education on nutrition and the body you’d like, and what type of support suits you best – whether direct and close or through regular check-ins.
A Plan That Suits You
We start with a thorough assessment: together, we’ll take a close look at your situation. Would you like to begin with a medical test including blood work, or should we start with a nutrition and fitness evaluation by me? Based on these insights, I will create a tailored plan. We’ll test it together and make regular adjustments to ensure it works optimally. The approach is always based on your progress and needs – whether playful with tasks and challenges or entirely pragmatic: it needs to work for you.
Making Progress Measurable
After a certain period, we’ll repeat the diagnostics to make your progress visible. This allows you to see what you’ve achieved, and it enables me to refine your plan for the next stage. Step by step, we’ll work together to achieve your goals sustainably.
