The exercise programme is personalised to suit your needs. We can do activities together such as cycling, jogging, sporty walks, or rowing. Alternatively, or in addition, I can guide you through exercises you can do independently at home or in the gym. If you're already a member of a gym, I can, with the gym’s approval, accompany you there and offer on-site support.
No, the training will be tailored to your current fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, we’ll develop a plan that’s achievable for you.
Yes, I offer home visits. This allows us to train in your familiar environment without the need for extra travel or preparation.
We can cycle, jog, do strength training, row, or go on sporty walks—whatever you enjoy most. I also provide guidance on exercises you can do at home or in the gym. If you're already a gym member, I can accompany you there, provided the gym permits it.
Yes, I offer video consultations. This is a great option for check-ins, consultations, or feedback on strength exercises—especially if you don’t live in Berlin or need more flexibility in your schedule.

I take your individual requirements, possible health restrictions and personal goals into account. It is particularly important to me that the training remains compatible with everyday life and can be seamlessly integrated into your life. My goal is for you to feel stronger, healthier and more comfortable in your body, regardless of your age.
