Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope
   These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts between Christina Dicke (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") and her clients (hereinafter referred to as "Client" or "Clients") for the booking of services in the fields of fitness coaching, nutrition counselling, and related services.

2. Contract Conclusion
   The contract between the Provider and the Client comes into effect when the Client requests a coaching or counselling service via the website or other means, and the Provider confirms this offer.

3. Description of Services
   The Provider offers individual fitness coaching, nutrition counselling, performance tests, home visits, and online coaching. Further details on the services offered can be found on the website under "My Approach."

4. Prices and Payment Terms
   Prices for the offered services will be agreed upon individually following the initial consultation. All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT. Payments are to be made in advance via bank transfer or immediately after the service by invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Right of Withdrawal
   The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the contract is concluded without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform the Provider with a clear declaration regarding the withdrawal.

6. Liability
   The Provider accepts no liability for damages caused by the use of her services unless they result from intentional or grossly negligent behaviour on the part of the Provider. The Client is required to secure medical clearance before starting any measures, particularly if there are any health limitations, and to truthfully disclose all relevant health information to the Provider. The Provider will not be held liable for health-related damages resulting from not following recommendations.

7. Appointments and Cancellations
   Agreed appointments for coaching sessions are binding. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the appointment incur no costs. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the full price being charged.

8. Data Protection
   The Provider is committed to treating all personal data of the Client confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection laws, particularly medical information. Further information on data protection can be found in the Provider's privacy policy.

9. Final Provisions
   German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Provider's place of business. Should any provisions of these T&Cs be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
